The purpose of the meeting will be to:

1) instruct & equip...those who believe that God is calling them to lead others in making disciples of Jesus (current missional community leaders should definitely point those interested in leading in the future to this meeting).

2) introduce & inform… those who are unfamiliar with the term/concept/philosophy of “missional communities,” or even the word, “missional.”  For starters, a brief description of Jacob’s Well Missional Communities may be found here:

3) recalibrate & refresh… current leaders in order to help them be more effective in leading and multiplying missional communities.

The format of the meeting will reflect the fact that there are some basic principles that we must grasp and yet, there is much to learn from one another throughout the process. As such, expect this session to include some teaching, but with a steady flow of interaction, dialogue, group activities, and Q & A throughout our time together. 

We’ll be providing weekly reminders for the meeting over the next four Sunday morning’s @ the Days Conference Center.  We hope that you can join us.  Once again, many thanks to the Thomas’ for having an open door for the sake of the Gospel.
