KNOW

• What, in your experience, are the most significant barriers to authentic community? How might the gospel provide the power and motivation for overcoming those obstacles? Discuss practical steps you can take to address these obstacles in your own life.
• Read Proverbs 27:6,9,17 and 29:5. What do you find most convicting or helpful in these verses for your friendships, MC, and/or family? How might you better apply this wisdom in those contexts?

FEEL

• Read Hebrews 2:11 and Romans 8:29. Why is it important to understand Jesus as our brother and God as our Father? How is it specifically relevant to some of the challenges to authentic community we’ve just discussed?

LIVE

• Which level of community do you most lack: friendship, family, fellow missionaries? Discuss some potential ways to address this need and then pray for God’s help.
