Meditate on this passage this week and consider one of the following questions each day

Day 1: Consider the truths in vv. 1-6. What about these truths challenges you today?

Day 2: Read and consider vv. 7-12. How do these truths comfort you in seasons of loneliness? 

Day 3: Read the entire passage. What word or phrase stands out to you? Express to God why that is. 

Day 4: Consider vv. 13-16. Focus especially on verse 14. Take some time to praise God for his mighty works in your own story. 

Day 5: Consider the prayers of the Psalmist in vv. 19-24. How do these truths relate to the practice of lament or confession that God is calling you to this week?
