- Read Revelation 21:9-27 aloud together. What details about the New Jerusalem stand out most to you and why?
- What about the warning in v. 27 challenges you most?
- Read v. 21 along with Revelation 11:8. The site of the churches greatest apparent failure (in the eyes of the world) becomes a memorial to the church’s faithfulness in the New Jerusalem. This image is meant to assure us that our faithfulness is never truly unseen or unacknowledged. In what areas of your life do you most need this reassurance? How so?
