Reid Monaghan moved to New Jersey in 2008 with his family and some friends to start Jacob's Well. He faithfully served the church as lead pastor for 8 years, leading its growth from a house church in 2009 through the middle of 2016. In the summer of 2016, Reid and his wife Kasey, along with their three children, Kayla, Kylene, and Tommy, moved to Blacksburg, VA to start Power of Change with the mission of serving the church to impact and influence emerging post-Christian generations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
